[Manifest House] Full Moon Release | Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey

DONATION-BASED COMMUNITY CLASS

The Full Moon is a time that illuminates on what is still needing to be released to allow you to move closer to manifesting your dreams. Let’s take a moment to slow down, ground and reconnect with our breath to bring clarity on what we need to shed that's no longer serving us.

Meet us at Manifest House for Full Moon Release: a Breathwork, Reiki, and Sound Healing Journey. We are delighted to have Christine Lu Singh (she/hers), Breathwork Guide & Meditation Coach, guide us through this practice to release stuck and stagnant energy through the power of your breath under the Full Moon. Rest, reflect and reset with an empowering Breathwork session, amplified with Reiki energy healing, followed by a restorative and soothing Soundbath.

Come as you are. Allow each breath to help you remember who you truly are, to find the courage you already hold within to move through any fear and doubt that may be holding you back.

While the breathing practice is different for everyone and each journey is unique, some benefits and experiences may include:

→ emotional release and healing

→ letting go of old stories, trauma, energy and experiences that no longer serve you

→ a deeper connection to Self and Spirit

→ tapping into your intuition and strength

→ reduced stress and anxiety

→ improved sleep and ability to relax/rest

→ feeling lighter, clearer and more joyful

No previous experience is required. All you need is an open heart and mind.

This community class is donation-based (pay what you can). Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards our facilitator and the Manifest House scholarship fund, which provides fully-funded memberships to those in our community needing support.

More about Breathwork & Reiki

Breathwork is a form of active guided meditation, fueled by a consistent, conscious breathing technique that can help you quiet your mind, connect with your body and heart, release stuck energy and emotion, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of spiritual connection.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses the power of invisible life force energy that flows through your body and around your body to promote healing. Reiki translates to “spirit energy”. Relax, receive and release energy blockages that can cause imbalances in your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Sound healing is a deeply nourishing experience. Immerse yourself in the vibrations of the crystal alchemy singing bowls, chimes and other instruments played live. The sound waves can help you release trapped emotions, quiet an overactive mind, melt away stress and overwhelm, promote peace and calm, recalibrate your energy centers (chakras) and activate your parasympathetic nervous system for rest and relaxation.

NOTE:

Breathwork can result in physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery. Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician. This work is deeply experiential and can enhance healing and personal growth efforts. However, it is not a substitute for professional mental care or medical care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions and it should not be used in any place of therapy.

I AM ACKNOWLEDGING BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS WORKSHOP THAT I HAVE READ THIS DISCLAIMER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
